1. Rideshare service
1. We will do our best to introduce you to potential car poolers. We will not make travel arrangements for you. It is your responsibility to liaise with other participants to arrange pick up and drop off arrangements.
2. Registration
1. All Rideshare participants are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions in order to be registered to use the Rideshare service.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any application for registration without giving any reason.
3. The RideShare scheme runs on a yearly basis. All users will be removed from the system on the 31st of December each year. To use the system the following year each user will have to re-register.
3. Conduct by participants
1. We reserve the right to exclude you from Rideshare if:
1. We receive a complaint about your reliability or behaviour;
2. If you are investigated by the police;
3. If we find out that you have been harrassing other Rideshare participants, either verbally or in writing (including email).
4. Liability
1. You use Rideshare and any travel arrangements arranged with other Rideshare participants at your own risk. We are not liable for failure of any travel arrangements you may make via Rideshare.
2. You agree that once we make the match we not in any circumstances liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or injury suffered by you or anyone else arising out of or in connection with your use of Rideshare.
3. We will use our best endeavours to match participants based upon the information supplied. We cannot guarantee and will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event that a match is not made.
4. We do not screen participants and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information.
5. In any event our liability to you is limited to the amount paid, if any, for participating in Rideshare.
5. Privacy of Information
1. We will hold all information you provide us in confidence, except that the following information (as supplied to us) will be shared with other Rideshare participants:

• your email address, and
• any information you choose to include in the free form "Comments" box in the online registration form. (You may wish to restrict the information provided in this box to travel times or whether or not you smoke).
